OSMA is a home-grown firm in Pampanga, Philippines. It started in 1999 with residential projects, commercial buildings, mixed-use buildings and complexes. By 2007, OSMA focused more on designing hotels and condominiums. OSMA continued to expand its professional sphere with the people in hospitality industry such as hotel operators and franchisees, expert local and foreign hoteliers, and multi-discipline consultants. OSMA also worked on mid-rise residential buildings, bars, and restaurants.

OSMA is very particular in translating its clients’ design parameters through full-time assistance in collaboration with allied professionals and in careful evaluation of every project’s viability without compromising the quality of the design.
